For the past four years, Hog Roast Carnlough has catered for a festive event at a garden centre in County Antrim. To celebrate the start of the festive period and to showcase all of the seasonal stock, the garden centre hosts an event every November with discounts and offers for customers to enjoy. To make the occasion even more enticing, Hog Roast Carnlough has been hired to serve our delicious festive menu. This menu always goes down well with the customers and is the perfect way to get into the festive spirit whilst enjoying some Christmas shopping.
On the day of the event, the Hog Roast Carnlough team arrived at the garden centre in the morning and began to prepare our menu for the midday start time. We began our prep by whole-roasting the turkeys, which are slow-roasted to ensure that the meat is packed full of natural juices and flavours. Once ready, the meat will be served in fresh bread rolls and accompanied by a selection of seasonal trimmings, including pigs in blankets, roasted potatoes, cauliflower cheese, and seasonal vegetables. Once it is time to serve the menu, the guests can line up at our buffet station and create a delicious festive lunch from the dishes that we have to offer. The Hog Roast Carnlough team is looking forward to catering for this event since it has always been a great day out in the past, and this year will be no different!
