There is only a week left of summer. To us at Hog Roast Ballycastle, that just means there is a week more for excellent barbecues before we start having to switch to more autumnal dining.
Of course, come September the barbecues don’t have to end outright, especially if we do get one of those Septembers that briefly come as a second summer with plenty of sunshine and warmth. But as barbecues are the summer dining of choice here in the UK, your time may well be running out to get your favourite gourmet version with Hog Roast Ballycastle . We’ll be serving right up until the sun disappears, however, as we just always want to be serving up as many barbecues as we can. After all, who can say no to some delicious grilled burgers, handmade sausages, and maybe even a helping of our signature hog roast, pulled for a perfect topper to your roll and sausage or burger.
The weather may not have been the best in the final few weeks of the summer. Gale force winds and rain have put somewhat of a dampener on a lot of our planned barbecues, but thankfully at Hog Roast Ballycastle we are always prepared to adapt to the weather. With our mobile roasting machine, our barbecue can easily be set up indoors if needed, or we will set up our marquee tent to protect your foods and your guests from the elements. Once you’ve planned a barbecue, we don’t want anything getting in the way of you and your delicious hot roll or wrap!
